Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, we publish the contact details of our Grievance Officer so you can raise data-protection concerns.

2. What you can raise

You can contact the Grievance Officer about privacy and data-rights requests, consent withdrawal, security concerns, account and deletion concerns, and to route payment or invoice escalations.

3. How to submit a request

Include enough information for us to identify your account and verify ownership. Please do not send sensitive documents unless we specifically request them.

4. Response time

5. Escalation

Where legally available and after our internal process, you may escalate to the Data Protection Board of India or other applicable authority.

6. Recordkeeping

We maintain records of grievances and their resolution, and will update these details if our Grievance Officer changes.
