Refund Policy

1. Scope

This policy applies to prepaid DocuChat credit purchases, the receipts or invoices issued for them, and payments processed via Razorpay.

2. Refundability of credits

Prepaid DocuChat credits are non-refundable once purchased. Credits do not expire, so purchased value remains available for use within the service.

3. Exceptions we will consider

We will review requests on a case-by-case basis for:

• Duplicate payments (the same order charged more than once).
• Failed credit grant (a successful payment where credits were not applied).
• Confirmed fraudulent or unauthorized transactions.
• Any statutory rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Where an exception applies, support will process the correction manually.

4. Taxes and credit notes

Because Trouvaillesys is GST-registered, top-ups are issued as tax invoices with GST charged on top. Any tax adjustment on an approved refund will be handled with a credit note in accordance with applicable GST rules. [CA / counsel to confirm credit-note treatment.]

5. How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Razorpay where possible.

6. Non-refundable items

Except for the exceptions above, top-ups, consumed credits, and applicable taxes are non-refundable. [Counsel to confirm final exclusions.]

7. Disputes and chargebacks

If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us first at docuchat@trouvaillesys.com before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve it quickly. [Founder to define process and time limits.]
